Named "Your Episodes", it allows you to separate a single episode from any podcast and then add it to the "Your Episodes" playlist to listen to that episode.
Spotify has announced that the new playlist will be pinned to the top of the Music Library playlists and Podcast Episodes tabs.
Owen points out that this new feature is useful if users usually want to save a single episode of a podcast that they have not subscribed to, and that users can create a podcast playlist of their own if they want to listen to their podcast. .
Users can easily add that episode to the playlist by clicking on the plus icon (+) on the episode card or episode page, and Spotify further says to add up to a maximum of 10,000 episodes per playlist. It is reported that episodes added by users will remain there until they remove them themselves.
Spotify says the new feature will be available to free and premium users on iOS and Android starting today.
