Petal Search Engine - Huawei

As you already know, Huawei lost the Google Play Store after losing its Google Mobile service due to US sanctions, and has introduced the Huawei App Gallery as an alternative to Huawei devices.

The Huawei App Gallery does not yet have some mobile apps, and as a solution, the Huawei Petal Search feature was introduced as a way to direct users to download APKs from other sources.

Called Petal Search, the feature has attracted the attention of many technical analysts, and has already helped make the Huawei App Gallery a successful alternative to the Google Play Store.

Meanwhile, the latest information suggests that this Petal Search feature has the ability to function as a normal search engine, similar to what search engines like Google and Microsoft Bing do.

It is reported that Petal Search has been able to search for news, images and videos as well as shopping and flight bookings that you do through search engines such as Google and Bing.

This feature in the App Gallery is also available as a widget on the homescreen. It has been mentioned that.

Huawei is currently developing options for Google Services, including the Harmony OS for Android, the App Gallery for the Play Store, the Huawei Celia for Google Assistant, and the Petal Search for Google Search, with further enhancements in the future. Presumably, Huawei will be able to offer successful alternatives to Google Services.
